Meet Our Team

Roshni Sima

As the principal of JS Law Group, Roshni is an experienced and trusted property and commercial lawyer and is part of the agile and results-driven law firm, JS Law Group. Roshni can assist in a variety of commercial law matters, including selling or purchasing a business or providing advice on how to structure your business. Roshni also provides conveyancing law services, and can assist in any area of property law, whether you are purchasing or selling your first home or if you are purchasing or wanting to lease commercial, industrial or retail premises. As a commercial and property law professional, Roshni has the experience and can provide trusted legal advice to her clients efficiently and effectively.

Fred James

Fred James was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2002. After becoming admitted, Fred also completed postgraduate legal studies at the College of Law. Fred has broad ranging knowledge of property and commercial law and has 30 years of in-depth experience in state legislation regarding Residential Tenancies, Strata Title, Retirement Villages and all other Fair Trading related Laws. Fred James is also a fully qualified mediator in dispute resolution after having obtained qualifications from LEADR.
